RETURNS & WARRANTY
At Babybenti, we want you to feel confident with your purchase.
Our warmer is also covered by a warranty to ensure high quality and functionality. If you have any questions about returns or the warranty, please feel free to contact us – we're here to help.
Return
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the item to us and receive a refund. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received your product.
To approve the return, the packaging must be unopened and the seal unbroken if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, due to hygiene reasons.
If you use your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which is 49 SEK and will be deducted from your refund amount.

The item must be well packaged and in good condition upon return. If the product is not returned in acceptable condition, Babybenti reserves the right to apply a deduction for depreciation.
Uncollected package
We reserve the right to charge you handling fees if delivered products are not picked up on time, including return shipping, processing fees, and so on. If a package is not picked up, we will charge a fee of 299 SEK. Please note that the shipment will remain with the postal agent for 7 days before being returned to us.
If you wish to cancel your purchase and return the item, please contact our customer service first for assistance with the return.
Warranty
When you shop with Babybenti, all products are covered by a 1-year warranty. The product warranty only covers original manufacturing defects that existed at the time of delivery. In order for the warranty to apply, the original defect must be confirmed by Babybenti.
Depending on the circumstances, the warranty may entitle you to a replacement product or a price reduction. The product warranty does not cover damage caused by user handling or if the product shows no original defect.
If you wish to invoke the product warranty, please contact our customer service at hello@babybenti.se. We will ask for a description of the issue, as well as image/video material that clearly shows the defect, so we can handle your case as smoothly as possible. Any refund will be processed as soon as we have received and registered the product in our warehouse.
If you use the product warranty or make a complaint, Babybenti will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
