Shipping & Delivery
At Babybenti, we strive to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. That’s why all orders are shipped with our reliable delivery partners, PostNord or DHL.
Delivery time
We typically ship your order within 1-2 business days after it has been confirmed. After that, delivery usually takes between 1-2 business days with PostNord, or 1-3 business days with DHL.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.
Shipping cost
19 SEK across Sweden, regardless of the chosen carrier.
Transport
If the product is damaged or lost during transport from us to you, we take full responsibility.
If the product is damaged when you receive it, this should be reported immediately to our customer service: hello@babybenti.se.
For returns, you as the customer are responsible for ensuring the return complies with our return policy. You are responsible for the product, including any damage, until it is handed over to the carrier for return to us.
